Create your account or sign in
You sign in to Cocolime with your phone number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS — no password to remember.
How to sign in
Open the app and go to the sign-in screen.
Select your country code and enter your phone number.
Tap Get the code.
Enter the verification code from the SMS. On most phones it fills in automatically.
That's it — you're signed in.
Didn't get the code?
Wait for the Resend code timer to finish, then tap Resend code.
Check that your phone number and country code are correct.
Make sure you have signal and can receive SMS.
If the code still doesn't arrive, contact support.
Good to know
Your phone number is how we reach you about your orders, so keep it up to date.
New here? After your first sign-in you'll be asked to set up your profile (below).
Set up your profile
After you sign in for the first time, add a few details so we can get your orders to you and keep you updated.
What you'll add
Profile photo (optional)
First name and last name
Gender
Email address
How to do it
On the Profile details screen, fill in your name and email.
Add a photo and select your gender if you wish.
Tap Save and Proceed.
Good to know
Your email is used for order confirmations and receipts, so double-check it's correct.
You can update these details later from your account — see Edit your personal details.
