Search for products
Use the search bar at the top of the app to find products by name, brand, or keyword.
How to search
Tap the Search bar at the top of the Home screen.
Type a product, brand, or category (for example, lip cream or a brand name).
Pick a suggestion, or tap search to see all matching results.
Tap any result to open its product page.
Narrow your results
From the results page you can filter and sort to find the right product faster — see Filter and sort results.
No results?
Check your spelling, or try a shorter or more general term.
Search by brand instead of product name (or the other way around).
The item may not be available in your area — try browsing categories.
Browse categories
Explore the catalogue by category to discover products without searching for a specific name.
How to browse
Tap Category in the bottom navigation, or pick a category tile on the Home screen.
Choose a category such as Perfumes, Make Up, Personal Care, Gift Sets, Health & Beauty, or Lenses.
Drill into sub-categories to narrow things down.
Tap a product to open its page.
Featured on Home
The Home screen also highlights curated sections such as Top choice, Special offer, and seasonal collections, plus Premium brands and All products.
Filter and sort results
Refine any product list — from search or a category — to find the right item faster.
Filter
On a results or category page, tap Filter.
Choose options such as brand and price range.
Apply your selections to update the list.
Sort
Tap Sort.
Choose how to order the list (for example, by price or relevance).
The list updates instantly.
Good to know
Filters and sorting can be combined — for example, one brand sorted from low to high price.
Clear your filters to see the full list again.
Get notified when an item is back in stock
If a product is sold out, you can ask to be notified when it's available again.
How to set a reminder
Open the product, or find it in a list with a Notify me label.
Tap Notify me.
We'll alert you when the item is back in stock.
Good to know
Make sure notifications are turned on so you don't miss the alert — see Manage notifications.
Stock can sell out again quickly, so check the item soon after you're notified.
You may also see Notify me next to items in your cart that have become unavailable — see Unavailable items in your cart.
