Payment methods
Choose how to pay on the Payment Method screen at checkout. Cocolime supports several options:
Cards — mada, Visa, and Mastercard. Add as many as you like.
Apple Pay — pay with the cards in your Apple Wallet.
STC Bank — pay with your registered STC Bank number. Prepayment only for this method.
Tabby — pay at the end of the month, with no fees.
Tamara — buy now, pay next month.
How to choose
At checkout, tap Payment method.
Select your method (or tap Add new card).
Tap Proceed, then place your order.
Good to know
Some methods may not be available with every delivery option — your choices are shown at checkout.
If a card fails, try another method — see Payment failed or money deducted.
Pay later with Tabby or Tamara
Cocolime lets you pay later with Tabby or Tamara — handy if you'd rather not pay the full amount today.
Tabby
Pay at the end of the month, with no fees. Select Tabby at checkout and follow the steps to confirm.
Tamara
Buy now, pay next month. Select Tamara at checkout and follow the steps to confirm.
How to use them
At checkout, tap Payment method.
Choose Tabby or Tamara.
Tap Proceed and complete the steps shown by the provider.
Place your order.
Good to know
Tabby and Tamara are third-party services; approval and their terms are handled by the provider.
For questions about a Tabby or Tamara payment plan or balance, check that provider's app or support.
Pay with STC Bank
You can pay with your registered STC Bank number.
How to use it
At checkout, tap Payment method.
Select STC Bank.
Tap Proceed and confirm the payment with STC Bank.
Important
Prepayment only for this method — the order is paid up front, not on delivery.
Pay with Apple Pay
On supported Apple devices, you can pay with the cards already in your Apple Wallet — no need to type card details.
How to use it
At checkout, tap Payment method.
Select Apple Pay.
Tap Proceed and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
Good to know
Apple Pay appears only on Apple devices that have it set up with at least one card.
If you don't see it, add a card to Apple Wallet, or choose another payment method (above).
Add or remove a card
You can save mada, Visa, and Mastercard cards for faster checkout, and remove ones you no longer use.
Add a card
At checkout, tap Payment method.
Tap + Add new card.
Enter the card number, expiry, and security code.
Save the card and select it for your order.
Remove a card
Open your saved cards from the payment screen and delete the one you no longer want.
Good to know
Saved cards show the last four digits and expiry so you can tell them apart.
If a card is labelled as failing or is declined, remove it and add a new one — see Payment failed or money deducted.
"Verifying your payment"
Right after you place an order, the first tracking step is Verifying your payment. We're confirming your payment before the order moves forward.
What happens next
Once payment is confirmed, your order progresses through:
Verifying your payment
Looking for a representative
Preparing your order
Heading to drop-off
Your order has arrived
If it's stuck on verifying
Make sure you completed any confirmation step from your bank or payment provider (for example, a one-time code).
Check your connection and keep the app open for a moment.
If it doesn't move forward, or money was taken without an order, see Payment failed or money deducted.
Payment failed, or money was deducted
If a payment doesn't go through — or money was taken but no order was created — here's what to do.
If your payment fails
Check that your card details are correct and the card isn't expired.
Make sure you completed any verification step from your bank.
Try another payment method (above), such as a different card, Apple Pay, or pay-later.
If money was deducted but there's no order
A pending charge can appear even when an order didn't complete. These usually clear on their own. If the charge doesn't reverse, contact support with the date, amount, and payment method so we can look into it.
Good to know
Vouchers or promo codes applied to a failed payment should become available again to use.
Find your receipt
Your order summary acts as your receipt, with the subtotal, savings, service fee, and total.
Where to find it
Go to Orders.
Open the order you want.
View the breakdown — subtotal, saved cost, service fee, and total.
Good to know
Make sure your email is correct in your profile so order confirmations reach you — see Edit your personal details.
Can't find an order? Check you're signed in with the phone number you used to place it.
