What are vouchers?
Vouchers are discounts you can apply to an order. You'll find them in the Vouchers tab in the bottom navigation, and you can apply them at checkout.
Where to find your vouchers
Tap Vouchers in the bottom navigation to see vouchers available to you.
Open a voucher to see its details and conditions.
Good to know
Each voucher may have its own conditions, such as a minimum order or specific products.
Apply a voucher or promo code
Apply vouchers and promo codes at checkout, in the Vouchers section.
How to apply
At checkout, find the Vouchers section.
Choose an available voucher, or add a promo code in the field provided.
The discount appears in your receipt under Saved cost, and your total updates.
Good to know
The discount is reflected in your order total before you pay.
Why isn't my voucher working?
If a voucher or promo code won't apply, it's usually because a condition isn't met.
Common reasons
The order doesn't meet the conditions (for example, a minimum amount or specific products).
The voucher has expired or has already been used.
The code was typed incorrectly — check for extra spaces or wrong characters.
The items in your cart aren't eligible for that voucher.
What to do
Open the voucher to review its conditions.
Adjust your cart to meet them, or re-enter the code carefully.
Re-apply it at checkout.
If you cancelled or a payment failed, a voucher can sometimes be released back to you — try applying it again. If a valid voucher still won't work, contact support.
